Toledo: The Prohibition Chronicles

After the documentary premiered, I was contacted by Naomi Twining and William Provonsha who were first at the scene after Jack Kennedy was murdered July 7, 1933.  I knew I had to record their stories and experiences about growing up in Point Pace during the Great Depression.  Check out their video below!

HOLY TOLEDO TRAILER FOR THE SHORT FILM (2014)

The short film premiered at the Ohio Theatre in 2014 and tells the story of the writers' Great Uncle Will who stored liquor for both bootlegger Jack Kennedy and his rival, the Licavoli Gang.  When the gang found out, they decided to teach him a lesson.  So, they kidnapped his girlfriend Kitty who ran a local brothel, and demanded ransom.  But, Will was broke and Kitty's antics proved too much for the gangsters and they dumped her back off in less than 24 hours.
